Sauze d’Oulx has a great range of restaurants to appeal to all tastes and price ranges. All can get busy during the winter ski season so book ahead. Most offer vegetarian options and some Vegan – but it’s important to check with the restaurant. During busy periods (Christmas, Easter and public holidays) it is always worth booking.
Special Occasions & Fine Dining
For special occasions and fine dining in Sauze d’Oulx try Ortiche which has a loyal following for both its food, wine and ambience. Chaberton Lodge with its menu of appetizers, pasta, meats and more, along with bread, breadsticks, focaccia, crackers, everything strictly homemade. Ciao Pais offers fine dining in a rustic mountain setting. They also offer a transport option if you want to dine there in the evening, whisking you up the mountain on a skidoo.

Always popular for its food and location, Ciao Pais has a piste-side location in Sauze d’Oulx. In winter you can book a skidoo up (and down) the mountain to eat at Ciao Pais restaurant.
La Violetta
A new, small, restaurant in Sauze that has been receiving rave reviews. A variety of Italian alpine dishes plus venison, beef and more.
Naskira Restaurant
Previously featured in the Michelin guide, Naskira offers a luxury dining experience on the slopes. The restaurant is part of the four star hotel, Chalet Il Capricorno.

La Griglia
La Griglia, in Sauze old town, specialises in pizza and people return here again and again just for that. Can get very busy.
